The Desire 820 comes with dual-SIM support, a 5.5-inch 720p touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, and an 8 MP front cmaera. Running the show is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC, with a CPU featuring four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz and four at 1.0 GHz. The phone has 4G LTE, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB internal also have memory card slot.The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) HTC Desire 820 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense UI skinned on top.

The HTC Desire Eye has a 13 megapixel camera with dual LED flash on the back and a similar setup at the front.the highest resolution front-facing camera to date — and features autofocus, a dual LED flash on both the front and back of the phone, and 1080p video recording.
There's also a 5.2-inch, 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB memory with microSD support, stereo BoomSound speakers, and IPX7 water-resistant body.
Both device runs Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC's Sense 6.0 interface.

Some selfie feature on HTC Desire
The HTC Desire 820 and Desire Eye selfie cam is supported by HTC's Live Makeup, Photo Booth and Face Fusion software.
Live Makeup offers a box of tools to touch up selfies, such as skin smoothing, while Photo Booth captures a stream of images. The whimsical Face Fusion software merges the facial features of subjects in different photos, which could lead to some interesting or appalling portraits.
